Workshop Description Every winter snowstorms, freezing rain, aircraft icing, and low level wind shear (LLWS) all significantly impact airline operations. However, a greater anticipation of icing and severe winter weather conditions can greatly contribute to improved airline performance and safety. This workshop will refresh your knowledge on the forecasting and causes of such events and provide guidance on interpretation and proactive reaction to poor weather. Learning Outcomes
