Dutcher SMS has a cadre of professional instructors skilled in meteorology, human factors, risk management, safety management systems, crew resource management, adult instruction, and research methodologies in behavioural sciences, and meteorology.

Staff have vast experience in all areas of the aviation industry including: investigation, maintenance, ramp operations, flight operations and dispatch, ATC, SAR, and airport operations.  They also have experience working with meteorologists.
